INPL
Indonesia Natural Products Library (INPL) merupakan portal berbasis penyimpanan data berupa kumpulan informasi ekstrak, fraksi dan atau senyawa tunggal yang berasal dari bahan alam Indonesia.
Purpose
Tujuan khusus dari INPL ini adalah untuk menyediakan informasi bahan alam Indonesia yang memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan obat-obatan.
Approach
Pendekatan yang dilakukan di dalam INPL adalah dengan menggabungkan/ menghubungkan basis data digital dengan repository (penyimpanan) fisik bahan alam yang berkaitan. Sistem barcoding mungkin juga diperlukan untuk memudahkan pencarian informasi repository fisik bahan-bahan yang diperlukan.
Benefits
Manfaat INPL dalam cakupan yang lebih luas adalah menjadi sumber basis data semua jenis organisme yang memiliki potensi baik sebagai obat, pangan, energy atau kebutuhan hidup manusia lainnya yang ada di setiap wilayah Indonesia.
